This coming weekend, in honor of Earth Day, we are bringing back Veganzilla – using product from Elwood Thompson’s Local Market.

Veganzilla – Inside out monster roll with tempura fried organic tofu, cucumber, avocado, vegan cream cheese and vegan spicy mayo. Topped with tempura crunchies, togarashi, hippy carrots, scallion. Drizzled with vegan wasabi mayo, la-yu chili sauce and eel sauce.
